Terms of Use

BARBERLY is operated by IZA Consulting Pty Ltd (“BARBERLY”, “we”). BARBERLY provides a platform that lets customers book appointments with independent barbershops (“Shops”). Services are supplied by the Shop, not by BARBERLY.

Bookings: a booking is confirmed only when shown as “Confirmed” in your account. Shops may set their own cancellation, rescheduling, deposit and late-cancellation policies, which are shown before you book.

Payments: unless online payment is shown at checkout, you pay the Shop directly. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Reviews must be honest and relate to an appointment you attended. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
