IZA Consulting Pty Ltd handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect: your name, contact details, booking history, notes and reference photos you choose to upload, reviews, and technical information needed to keep the service secure.

Why: to make and manage bookings, let the Shop you book with prepare for your appointment, send transactional messages (confirmations, reminders), prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send offers.

Who sees it: the Shop you book with sees the details of that booking (including reference photos). We use service providers for hosting, email and (when enabled) payments. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing: you can opt in or out at any time in Account Settings; every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link (Spam Act 2003).
